Junior squad. Approximately 70-80 athletes. Closely linked to a number of local schools. The junior system offers rowing from the age of 13. The Junior programme's objective is to build towards success at J18 level domestically and internationally.Molesey has many traditional pubs and restaurants, though several public houses have closed in recent years to become apartment buildings. They have largely consolidated on a few with successful niche products or music offerings such as The Poyntz Arms with live music on Friday evenings. Molesey's modern bars are composed of Signature Cafe Lounge and Bar, the Square Olive and the Prince of Wales in East Molesey. The lead coaches for the week will be fully endorsed by Molesey Boat Club, who are insured and fully disclosed. By the early 13 th c. the prefixes West and East were in use. (18 th c. newspapers also referred to Upper and Lower Molesey). The adult crewed courses run late summer/early autumn and participants need to have completed the Sculling Experience at MBC or have sculling experience from another club. The LTR course involves rowing as part of a crew, learning navigation and safety on our stretch of the Thames, and how to cox a boat with confidence. The group meets twice a week on Sundays mornings and Wednesdays evenings. At the end of the course there is a sculling, coxing and safety assessment. Those who pass the course and wish to continue rowing will be invited to join Molesey Boat Club as a member and start rowing with the Explore group.

Darts is a very popular sport in Molesey, played at several public houses including the Molesey Football Club, The Royal Oak, The Cannon and the Royal British Legion. Teams are made up of patrons and club members. All teams compete in the Molesey and District Darts League. The proportion of households in the settlement who owned their home outright compares to the regional average of 35.1 per cent. The proportion who owned their home with a loan compares to the regional average of 32.5 per cent. The remaining segment is made up of rented dwellings (plus a negligible per cent of households living rent-free). East Molesey Cemetery opened on land in West Molesey and subsequently extended. (In 1895, it became the cemetery for East and West Molesey).
